I am curious about how you get information on when an Application is updated

Today, I did my daily updates using Patch My Pc and 3 applications needed to be updated. I updated them immediately, but was surprised that Privazer had not been updated as I had just noticed that the MajorGeeks website listed an update for it. I then checked the version number shown on MajorGeeks and the version number shown on Patch My PC. MajorGeeks was showing a more recent version, so I went back to Patch My PC and requested it to reinstall Privazer. It did and the new version number showed up.

I assume that some time later in the day or, perhaps, the next day, you would have notice of the new version, but by it's placement on the MajorGeeks page, I had to assume that they had it published several hours before.

I do not doubt that you would have updated the application as soon as you were aware of the update, but why does this take so long?

Hi there,
We updated PrivaZer yesterday, please note that we update every app manually, we need to see a notification about an update so we can know and update the app and its download URL, that's why sometimes we might be a few hours late.
