TreeSize 4.8 released, PMPC bug demands upgrade to "4.8.0"

I came in to report the same issue.
v 4.8 is the latest version, but for some reason, PmPC thinks it's 4.8.0

The fix looks like it's working for me. 4.8 shows as latest with no update available.
Note: I didn't reinstall any older version to test update detection there.
