So I uploaded our GlobalProtect client installer msi to the repo, but PatchMyPC.log is complaining that it can't find the msi. It is looking for 6.2.8 build c263, but that is not the version recommended for use by Palo Alto.
"Cannot find GlobalProtect64-6.2.8-c263.msi in the local content repository."
The currently recommended version is GlobalProtect64-6.2.8-c223.msi. They advise that the new version has not been tested enough by the community. Can that requirement be relaxed? I would rather not build a custom app when it's already in the apps list.

Hello,

At this time, we upload the latest available version of GlobalProtect to the Patch My PC Catalog. Some customers want to be on the Preferred version and others want to be on the Other track. We've chosen to include the latest to help those customers that want to use the Other track as well.

Your best option at this time is to use a custom app for this specific release, however, when the next preferred version is released by Palo Alto, you can then switch to the catalog app. From there, you can stay on the preferred track by only uploading the new version when a preferred version is released.

We have had numerous discussions on how to improve the behavior for this app, and will continue to do so, as we understand that this is not the easiest app to track and maintain!
