Adobe Acrobat Update fails

I installed Adobe Acrobat using PMPC Updater and it was updating it for several months and now it stopped.
I see 1603 MSI error in the logs. I ran the downloaded binary with the same switches, removing /sALL and /qn, and the reason it's happening is shown in the attached screenshot. Did the type of Adobe installer used by PMPC change?
What's the best way to address this?
