Veracrypt update needs different version for ARM

I have a MS Surface 13 with Snapdragon ARM processor.  win11 home

pmp is downloading and trying to install the .msi version for Veracrypt update. It then fails install.

 It needs the .exe version to update.  I manually downloaded the .exe and it installed.
