Sorry, Omar, problem still unsolved.
I re-installed manually the German Help Pack, so that I definitely know that I have the German pack. After a re-scan, the German Help Pack is still showing (English-US)! I have PMPC Home Updater v5.3.1.1.

By the way, PMPC seems to have a problem with foreign languages. Some of my customers reported recently that after an update by PMPC, their Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird ran in English, although for years they had been running in German with no problems, as long as they were updated automatically by Mozilla.

Hi,Omar, Thank you for your efforts.
The problem is in a sense solved, since the LibreOffice Help Pack has now completely disappeared from My Apps' collection in PMPC! Thus, no more language problem, but then I don't know if it has been updated or not!

Yes, that's because we only support the English one for now
