Old PatchMyPC worked breat on both my Desktop and Laptop, Now just the Desktop

Downloaded the exact same on both Desktop and Laptop. Old versions worked perfect but New Version doesn't work on Laptop. Works perfect on my Desktop but not the Laptop. Tried complete uninstalling and reinstalling even with Revo Uninstallaion getting all the remnants out, reinstalled and it's doing the same. Wish I had back the old system on the laptop.
