Issue with deleting app list templates

The attached screenshot of the Settings tab (Template & Settings section) in v5.2.0.1 shows two app list templates with the same default template file name but with different time stamps. In this situation, the data for both templates is retrievable* via their 'Edit' buttons but the named template file only contains data for the most recent app list.

As currently implemented, clicking on the 'Delete' button for the earlier template also requires confirming the prompt to delete the template file in order to execute.  It seems illogical that an option to delete the current template file is available from entries for older templates with the same file name, given that the current file does not contain their data. Deleting the template file should be restricted to the 'Delete' button for the most recent template with the same file name. The 'Delete' button for earlier templates with the same file name should only delete their saved data* and remove them from the list of templates.

* Home Updater saves a copy of the data for each listed template in a separate app-settings.json file (located in the user's \Appdata\Roaming\Patch My PC\ folder). This allows the program to retrieve the data for a template via its 'Edit' button even though a later app list may have overwritten the data in the template file of the same name.
