Frequent Error message locks up my PC

I am using a Windows 10 PC on build 10.0.19045 version. On a fairly frequent basis the programme returns an error message 'The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002)' and the programme permanently is shown as running and unable to be stopped.
Having put up with this for a while I uninstalled PatchMyPc and then installed it again. I thus have two versions of the logfile so dont know which one the diagnostics one has used but both contain a record of these errors. Any help would be appreciated as this problem has only been occuring for 3 months or so, prior to that it worked without fault.

Could you please try to update to the latest preview version 5.3.0.0 and let me know if you still see this error? https://homeupdater.patchmypc.com/public/beta/PatchMyPC-HomeUpdater-Preview.msi

I have updated as per your link to 5.3.0.0
I will see what happens over the next week of daily scheduled scans and let you know.

I have not had a repeat of the error message since the update to the preview version. Possible it was a software clash due to the non stop Microsoft updates. Many thanks for your assistance.
