DisplayLink updates promoting reboot in Software Center

Hi

the last 2 version updates have required reboots on our system is there a way to prevent this?

Can I just change the Return codes for the Soft and Hard reboots to Success?

Hi Andy,

Yes, you can just change the reboot exit code to success. However, a reboot is likely required for the update to be fully installed, just keep that in mind.
