Hi Stefan,
This is because Adobe Shockwave Player 12.2.1.171 just came out and they always use the same download for the MSI. Once we release the update today, you will be able to publish Adobe Shockwave Player 12.2.1.171 just fine.

Also, this shouldn't happen for any future updates to Shockwave.
