It's an MSI, so should be pretty straightforward, and it's pretty common in libraries.

Is there a link for the releases and release notes for this product?

Missed the notification that you'd posted. :)

The download link is here: http://app.overdrive.com/downloads/ODMediaConsoleSetup.msi (I don't think it changes between releases)

Not having much luck finding a release notes link,  but I can email the vendor to ask.

Did you ever find out anything on this. Without public release page with the latest version and release notes that may not be enough to properly track this application.
