Title: Does PatchMyPC auto-update everything by default?
Post by: libove on September 30, 2015, 07:45:55 AM
I downloaded and ran PatchMyPC and it immediately (possibly mid-)identified several programs as needing updates; but the Options only allow me to NOT auto-update... I need to make sure that PatchMyPC does NOT automatically jump in and start installing updates by default. It's not clear from the settings, and the FAQ doesn't seem to mention it.

So, by default, does PatchMyPC immediately start applying updates? Or no?

thanks.

It won't apply updates unless you click perform updates you can exclude apps you don't want in the options.
