Title: Downloads of ExifTool (x64) Portable are failing

When attempting to update ExifTool Portable to version 13.60 (28-Oct-2026), the download is failing because the specified .zip file cannot be found.

The following are the relevant details from the Home Updater log file:

[2026-11-04 00:48:48]  DEBUG  [Exiftool (x64) Portable]: Started downloading portable app: 'https://codecsdownload.com/download_d6162f58b1a88e215a3a59618ea65e0a/exiftool-13.60_64.zip'.

[2026-11-04 00:48:49]  ERROR  System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: Response status code does not indicate success: 404 (Not Found).

The problem is, SourceForge URLs expires after a few days/weeks too! but I just used it because it will last longer at least, thank you!
