Just FYI, the latest version of ImageGlass 9.6.0.801 installed properly, but it would not show images after it was installed on my Windows 11 system. Instead it complained about ImageMagick, which is most likely the CLI product that ImageGlass is based on. But not to worry! You can uninstall ImageGlass 9.6 and reinstall ImageGlass 9.5.0.515 and it will start working again. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to report bugs on the ImageGlass website. That's why I am reporting this issue here. Thanks!
I was able to fix this by uninstalling it, and then downloading the installer x64 .msi file from ImageGlass Classic (https://imageglass.org/release/imageglass-9-6-0-801-66). That fixed my problem with this app. Thanks!
