I am a sole SCCM admin in medium sized company. PMPC has made my life measurably better.
So when the renewal comes up, I get it paid.
Same this year, just like last year. Got the invoice, paid it. Got a licence key, used it.
Except every week or two since then I get a demand for payment. The accounts team tell me it's good, we're paid up, they've been in touch with yourselves.
Hell, I've got the licence key and an email that says I'm good until 2027.
But I've also got this demand. I want to get it sorted, even if only so these emails go away.
If anyone from PMPC can help, I am all ears and happy to jump through whatever hoops are needed. Let me know how best to proceed.

I can see we received an email today from Anne in your Contracts, Commercial and Procurement department confirming invoice has not yet been paid.
