Title: Not seeing Google Chrome 142.0.7444.175/6 in apps/updates

I follow zero-day vulnerabilities for our supported browsers, and know that 142.0.7444.175/6 was released 2 days ago (https://chromereleases.googleblog.com/2025/11/stable-channel-update-for-desktop_17.html), but I have not seen it appear on our ConfigMgr nor Intune portals as apps nor updates. Just checking on this, and what is the normal turnaround for these, or is there an issue I need to look for with my publisher?

We did add the 142.0.7444.176 to the catalog yesterday.
