Product worked well in the recent past. Now, click desktop icon and nothing happens at all. Uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled .. no fix. Assistance appreciated in advance.

Now running 5.4.0.0 and working just fine. GREAT product. Thank you for your attention. The problem is solved.
