I have a problem. As you can see in the picture, it's not connecting!

If I'm missing any information, please ask!

What can I do?

When you get a chance, could you please provide the diagnostic ZIP file for further investigation?

Hi @Berliner87,

We have investigated the issue and did not find anything abnormal on the server side. It is possible that the problem is related to the firewall configuration on your machine.
When you have a chance, please check your firewall settings by following steps:

1. Open Control Panel -> Windows Defender Firewall
2. Click "Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall"
3. Check if PatchMyPC-HomeUpdater app is listed and allowed through the firewall

Let us know if the issue persists after checking this.

My Patch My PC Home Updater still shows the same message!
