Title: Windows PC Health Check
Post by: dennisk on October 02, 2025, 02:51:41 PM
I just upgraded my wife's Win 10 Home laptop to the latest version of Patch My PC Home (5.3.1). I installed it and ran it. It told me that Windows PC Health Check needed to be updated, so I let it rip. It installed a 2nd copy of Windows PC Health Check under AppData/Local/PCHealthCheck in stead of overlaying the earlier version. Was this intentional?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum.

Thanks,

Dennis

Was the previous version installed per-user or per-system?

System. It's in "/Program Files/PCHealthCheck". Could this be a virtualization issue?
