The last update for Greenshot (v1.3.292 I believe) uninstalls itself, instead of upgrading it. This behaviour also occurred on my home pc, using the home updater.
It's possible that you've accidentally uninstalled every single installation of Greenshot globally, but hopefully that's not the case.
Did the update report any error for the installation code?
Do you have the 'Manage Conflicting Process' feature enabled to ensure that the process is being closed prior to the update running?
I've enabled Manage Conflicting Process to close the app beforehand and republished the update to see if that works.
The update failed again and Greenshot is uninstalled. Error in the logs:

Following up on this, not seeing any issues with updates for the Greenshot app, as long as Greenshot.exe is not running during the update. I'd recommend opening a support case if you are still having issues: https://patchmypc.com/technical-support/
