I am getting dozens of these errors immediately after installing the Home Updater and running it about an hour ago. If I attempt to re-scan programs the errors come back. Telling HU to Disable Scanning for any program causes the same errors. I am able to get programs updated but the errors keep popping up when doing anything. How can I rectify this?

What happens if you close the app and delete these folders:
C:\ProgramData\PatchMyPC
C:\Users\JustinChalfant\AppData\Roaming
Then try to open it again?
I presume the second location was also to be \PatchMyPC. I deleted the first folder and the one at C:\Users|[Me]\AppData\Roaming\PatchMyPC and the same errors show up immediately at program startup. I've added the newer log file in case you were going to ask for it again.
Going to pass along this to some of our team, we haven't seen this happen or be reported to date.
@jtoya85 could you check if your color settings are custom in: Control Panel > Color Management > Advanced
