I'm sure this is a silly question, but I can't seem to find an exact answer. We want to migrate to Patch My PC Cloud but we still have some systems that have to stay on Configuration Manager for the time being.
We would still be able to maintain our on-Prem configuration using the Patch My PC Publishing Service app (updates/ConfigMgr Apps), but the Intune Apps & Intune Updates tabs would then be managed through the cloud portal, correct?

@Rich, yes, you can use Patch My PC Publisher alongside the Patch My PC Cloud solution without issues! Just make sure you don't deploy any apps to Intune using Publisher that you're also deploying using the Cloud portal, or you might experience conflicts.
Did you know you can create custom apps in the Cloud portal and then sync them to the Publisher, so you can publish them in ConfigMgr as well? To enable this, just connect Publisher to the Cloud portal (https://docs.patchmypc.com/installation-guides/patch-my-pc-cloud/administration/manage-connections/add-a-connection), and publish the custom app(s) (https://docs.patchmypc.com/installation-guides/patch-my-pc-cloud/custom-apps/publish-a-custom-app)!

For the step to "Select the location where your company's data will be stored"; do you have any documentation on what data that is? I am sure our Cybersecurity department will be interested in knowing before they enable it for us.
