This forum is mostly used for our free consumer products like the Patch My PC Home Updater (https://patchmypc.com/product/home-updater).

If you're a commercial customer using our paid products, we recommend Opening a Support Case (https://patchmypc.com/technical-support) for the fastest response times instead of posting here.

You're still welcome to use the forum for commercial support and general questions. But for anything technical or time-sensitive, we recommend using the support form, where you can privately share logs and other sensitive details directly with our team instead of posting them in a public forum.

We're always here to help no matter how you choose to reach out. That said, support cases usually let us solve issues faster and more effectively, especially when we need logs, screenshots, or environment-specific info.
