Title: Failed to upload Custom Application to PMPC
Post by: altu on February 19, 2025, 04:08:24 AM
Hi,

As we are still using Intune and ConfigMgr, we try to publish all applications in the PMPC Portal so it becomes available in the publisher. We have to maintain only one version of the app.

To be fair:
It is not a custom app, but it is one which is not available in the PMPC Catalog and we package ourselves. The download is behind a paywall.

We have packaged a custom app, with PSADT 4.0.5.
All is well here.

When trying to upload the application to the PMPC portal, the Files folder fails to upload with error:
Error, "The content of the file chunk must not be empty."

When trying to upload the "PSAppDeployToolkit" folder, we have the error:
Error, File with the same hash already exists

The idea is to package it with PSADT and then upload the whole bunch to the PMPC portal.
But, until now this was not possible.

Is this even a thing? Is this supposed to work?

Hello,

I wanted to let you know that this is a bug in Custom Apps at this time. I believe a fix has been found and should be shipped next week on Feb 26th.
