opera 28.0.1750.51 is detected as needing an update but opera has never been installed on this computer. there's no registry key in the uninstall section for opera.

applications listed as needing updates are this:
Microsoft Silverlight 5 SDK - 5.0.61118.0
SuperFlow for Operating System Deployment via PXE - 2.0.682
VLC media player - 2.1.5

(silverlight and vlc were correctly detected and updated)

using pmpc 3.0.2.3
