Title: Problems with update of Google Earth Pro 7.1.4.1529

PatchMyPC shows that Google Earth Pro version 7.1.2.2041 needs to be updated to 7.1.4.1529, but after it downloads and installs the new version, GEP reverts back to 7.1.2.2041.

We will look into creating the detection logic so it doesn't detect google earth pro if possible.

When we release todays catalog update. Google Earth should only be seen as needed if the Googleearth_free.dll exist which will only be on the non-pro versions.
