PatchMyPC updated 7-zip to version 9.20 Successfully. However it still shows up RED with check mark in left column, and has two entries in the right column showing "7-Zip 9.20" One is still Red and the other is Green... I rechecked software with same results showing and then restarted application with same results

We think we found the issue and it will be fixed in the next update.
