PatchMyPC detected a version 11.3.65 when the latest version is 11.3.56, so there must have been a number inversion.
I configured PatchMyPC to download only and keep the files, the properties of the downloaded file "SyncBackFree 11.3.65.exe" show a version 11.3.56 as shown in the attached file.
Indeed, on the download page of the official SynckBackFree website the version is 11.3.56
