When I try to schedule, I can't select "Next Run". Am I doing something wrong?

When I click on "Apply Recommended" with Run Schedule radio button for "Once a Week" on, Run Mode for "Silent" on and Include Windows Update? set to no, I get an error message that says to make sure all 3 radio buttons are selected and of course they are. Bug or user error?
