Title: Firefox update changed language
Post by: Dany on February 21, 2024, 10:44:21 AM
I just installed Patch my PC.
I was really impressed how easily I could now update several outdated programs.
Just one problem.
I started Firefox and it's language had been changed from Dutch to French.

Hey Dany,

Thank you for reaching out to support.

Can you please help me with the below questions :

1. Are you using the PMPC home updater or PMPC publisher to deploy apps and updates to your environment ?

Awaiting your response.

Regards,
Raunak

Hey there,
Soon we will start using the multi-language Firefox installer for the home updater, which should retain your chosen language :)  But for now, you can always change the language in Firefox from: Tools > Settings > General: Language

I never use PatchMyPC to update Firefox.
In Firefox I just select Help>About and the update is installed
