Title: Notepad++ v8.6.3 fails to sync with error (404) Not Found.

Upon review of version 8.6.3 on the Notepad++ GitHub (https://github.com/notepad-plus-plus/notepad-plus-plus/releases/tag/v8.6.3), they have removed all packages from that release and are advising to use 8.6.4 instead.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Our catalog team is preparing the new version (8.6.4) for release into the catalog to resolve this issue. We'll post again here when the updated catalog, including the latest version of Notepad++, is released.

Quick update: the new version of Notepad++ (8.6.4) is now live in our catalog and should be available for publishing.
