We're getting a hash mismatch (Downloaded Hash [Ixjfk62LIXEI4MusD2YhoTMSxZA=] Catalog Hash [PbqzenLoJPrk3u5S2VMLsilTLBQ=]) and the release notes say that "The June (42.6) release was the last release for Productivity Tools for Windows" so not sure where the v43 stuff even is supposed to come from.

What's the best way to handle this?  If the product's really dead, just stop syncing it?

Despite the vendor's post about the previous version being final, they still posted a newer version from the publicly accessible URL we have configured to pull from:

https://akamaicdn.webex.com/upgradeserver/client/ptool/43.6.1/msi/webexplugin.msi

Within the package details menu (right-click show package info...), you should see the catalog pointed to the URL above.

Can you attempt to run another sync and see if the new version is published successfully? If it does not publish, please submit a support case and send in the log export from your PMPC Publisher install, and we can dive into the logs to see what issue may be occurring.

The url matches now - not sure if it did before, since... I guess it's a moot point now.  Our latest auto sync was successful after having failed for days.   :D
