After we resolved the bug issue with the tooling, i noticed a few applications were no longer being published...below is an example. Have you seen this?

Do you still see an application with the name "Google Chrome 119.0.6045.106 (x64)" in your environment? If so, kindly delete it and retry. From the log snippet, it looks like the source content folder was deleted but the object in console wasn't.
No, there was not an application i saw in the console. However, now that .124 was published early this morning, that application was created so maybe since the bug affected .106 I should be good moving forward.
