Hello,

Patch my PC v3 doesn't install apps anymore... It doesn't updates anything, after 5+ minutes nothing happens.

Also, when cancelling... it keeps loading forever (cancellation pending).

System OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Rights: Admin account
Hardware: Intel Core i7 4770, 16,0GB DDR3, Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250GB

It's Java which is causing problems... from Java 7 to 8 isn't working.

Hi Roger,

Based on the video it's because chrome.exe is running in the background and it needs to be closed to install the update. In options you can choose the option to automatically close conflicting apps.
