Seeing a lot of time-out errors in the Publishing Service logs when it attempts a "Post" command for creating apps/updates in Intune. Tested the connection and everything is good there; app secret is current and functioning. Seems to be an issue on Microsoft's side this morning. Seeing some reports from admins in other tenants experiencing similar issues.
