Title: Plugins Admin option is missing on Notepad++ 64-bit

The Plugins Admin option is missing from the Plugins menu.

But it's working with the 32-bit version of Notepad++. Is this made by design?

Notepad++ version 8.5.2

Hi Joachim,

We haven't seen this reported by any of our other customers and did not see this during our testing of the recent update. Sorry this was my own fault. I hade put /noUpdater switch in the "Modify command line" option. And found that Notepad is disabling the Plugin Admins option if the autoupdater is not installed.
