Title: PatchMyPC-ScriptRunner - Expired Certificate
Post by: Export_User on October 14, 2022, 06:26:39 AM
The certificate used to sign "PatchMyPC-ScriptRunner.exe" has apparently expired as of September 8th, 2022. As a result, patches are getting blocked by our AV, as the EXE is no longer approved.

How do we resolve this issue?

Hello, I recommend republishing the offending update which contains the old PatchMyPC-ScriptRunner.exe. The latest version of scriptrunner is 2.1.8.0 and expires in 2025.

In case you're curious: the version of script runner (usually) always matches the same version as the Patch My PC Publisher itself.

It sounds like you have an old/mature update which was published quite some time ago.
