Title: Repeatedly Finds the same sites to update

Can someone tell me why Patch My PC always seems to find the same programs to update. The programs do update and run properly. However, if Patch My PC is run again, even 5 or 10 minutes later. The same programs it just updated are found needing to be updated. OR, am I doing something wrong?
