Every time I load PatchMyPC this comes up first. It can't download for some reason (32-bit software on a 64-bit machine?), and the app gets stuck. The other apps never get downloaded.

I also can't right-click this particular app to disable scanning. Would be grateful for any advice.

Same issue with me. Very annoying. Due to this, the PatchMyPC is useless for me. It just gets stuck.

Generally Flash is not needed anymore, since all browser contain it.
You can remove it on Windows 10 and later.

Adobe Flash is discounted for almost 2 years, it will be removed from our list in the next update of Patch My PC

Adobe will no longer support Flash Player, and beginning January 12, 2021, Adobe will block Flash content from running in Flash Player; Adobe strongly recommends that all users uninstall Flash Player immediately to help protect their system.
