Patchmypc gets stuck during the process of installing an update for Winrar

"Installing Winrar silently"

it gets stuck there.

I tried running Patchmypc as admin and did not solve the issue.

I am using Windows 7 (Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 x64)

It's working fine for me can you manually download and install winrar?
