Title: TeamViewer App Exe-x64 installation
Post by: Lars on November 30, 2021, 02:43:15 AM
Hello all,

we have encountered the following problem when we want to install the Teamviewer (exe-x64).

If the users already had a Teamviewer x86 (old version) installed, the package simply updates the x86 version and does not perform an x64 installation. consequently, the detection method returns an error.

do you have an idea how to prevent this? Apart from previously uninstalling the x86 version.

Thanks
Lars
