Title: Unable to update when using my laptop

Hi Members,
I have 3 Pcs and 2 update software using Patch My Pc with no problems.
However, my laptop has started coming up with an error and no programs update. See image attached.
Has anyone any idea as to how I correct this problem?
I am using the latest version and my O/S is Windows 10 Pro 64 bit version 21H1 Build 19043.1288
Been using Patch My Pc for years and no problems till now.

PMPC creates a log file in the same folder it is copied to, what does that log file tell you about the issue?

Thank you for your reply.
I looked into what you said and found no log!
Checked options and a tick in the box stopped a log being created. Must have done this some time in the past:-)
Took out the tick and this seemed to sort out my problem!
Don't know why not requiring a log should have done this but hey! No problem now and the program works like it always did:-)
