Adobe has recently released a x64 version of Acrobat Reader.
Currently Patch My PC does not detect that version.

Latest version with "full installer" of Adobe Acrobat is v21.007.20091 which Patch My PC already have.

I agree for the 32 bit version.
The scan does NOT recognize the 64 bit version.

This v21.007.20095 is an MSP update and it doesn't have a full installer.

As of https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/ it is possible to download a 64-bit release of Acrobat Reader, see attached image.

This is the online installer, is there an offline installer for it?

I don't know.
Where do you usually download the installers from?
ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/AcrobatDC/ does not contain the 64-bit installer.
