Title: Remote Desktop Manage Free 2021.1.16.0 Fails to create app

Checking PatchMyPc reports Remote Desktop Manage Free 2021.1.16.0 failed to create application. When looking at the downloaded files I see 2 msi but the xml and dll files still have an earlier date see attached screenshot
