Updating Inkscape in download only mode proceeds to uninstall Inkscape before downloading the latest version of Inkscape. It probably shouldn't do this in download only mode. It may be that I had Inkscape installed as x86, I only caught a few glimpses as things happened super quick and I wasn't expecting anything to happen outside of Patchmypc in download only mode.
