Title: Create Restore Point Pre-Update Not Working

Selecting the "Create Restore Point Pre-Update" option shows that a Restore Point is being created prior to the update however No restore point is ever created. Version: 4.1.0.3.

Windows 10 Pro PC x64
Intel Core I7-6700K CPU
ASROCK H270 Pro4 MB
Gigabyte Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080
32GB DDR4 memory

I have run "Create Restore Point" as long as 6 hours and it never completes.  The "Cancel Pending" does not cancel, it just keeps running.  I have reviewed other bug reports on this same problem as far back as 2017.  Are there any fixes or should I get another updater program?
