Title: Two Apps marked as outdated but they are not

Hello,

One App and one plugin marked as outdated but not able to update them.
The "Telegram" app was updated before but still shown as outdated.
Also if I press Re-Scan the still shown there.

You probably have an old entry in add and remove programs?

Well I updated before this picture my Telegram to 1.8. So this program should be up to date. The other app I don't know if the add-in is up to date or not. But I also don't have the possibility to update one or both of the two programs.

Telegram is fixed now, my bad!
As for "PeaZip plugin" it's conflicting with "PeaZip" itself, This will be fixed in the next release of Patch My PC.
