Title: Latest Libreoffice 6.3 uninstalling the whole program

The latest updater for Libreoffice isn't updating it properly it is removing it for some reason instead.

This happens with the latest version of LibreOffice (6.4) as well.  The old directory (and files under it) are removed but the new directory is never created.  The freestanding install works.

I'm getting this problem with LibreOffice 7.3.3. Here's the log:
