Running the free home version of PatchMyPC, version 4.1.0.3, on Windows 10 Home.
A scan lists NVIDIA PhysX in red but there doesn't seem to be a way to update it from within PatchMyPC as the message at the top reads "39 of 39 Apps Up To Date!"
The application itself seems to be game-related: "PhysX is an open-source realtime physics engine middleware SDK developed by Nvidia as a part of Nvidia GameWorks software suite."
The program itself is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\PhysX and occupies 245MB.
